Alasdair Stuart started writing when he was nine. Apparently there was a story about a dog, possibly a ball, no one’s sure.
Since then he’s expanded his work to take in journalism, fiction, and podcasting. His work has been published in SciFi Now, Neo, Fortean Times, and Here & Now and has also appeared on websites including opi8.com, fractalmatter.com, and videovista.net.
He’s currently the co-host of Pseudopod.org, the weekly horror fiction podcast and the co-editor of Hub, an arts council-funded short fiction and review magazine. He won a 23rd of a British Fantasy Society Award for Best Anthology as part of Elastic Press’s The Alsiso Project and was long listed for Best Short Fiction at the same event this year for his short story “Connected.”
Alasdair grew up on the Isle of Man and now lives in Yorkshire which he still, on some subconscious level, views as intimidating and urban.
