(Jennifer Mercer ) jam (at) vaxer (dot) netlives in Raleigh, NC with her husband, daughter, and cats. She is a senior at NC State where she is majoring in Creative Writing and French. Jenn has been both a science fiction and poetry enthusiast for many years and enjoys seeing the two worlds combine.

Jenn is a three-time semifinalist in the NC State Poetry Competition, and her poetry has appeared in Astropoetica, Nth Degree, and Windhover.
